I'm doing My Project is "Computer semiconductor characteristic curve" (My english is bad.So Just Show the test result.)

Can Show Ic->Hfe curve Vbe(Vgs)->Ic(Id) curve Vce(Vds)->Ic(Id) curve The VCE measure range from 0 to 36V The IC measure range from 2mA to 3A this 11's 2SK216 Vgs->Id curve |

I use LPT port to connect PC
The component just use below TDA2030 x3 LTC1090/LTC1290 x 1 M62359 x1 CD4050 x1 74HC595 x1 TL431 x 1 78L05 x1 7812 x1 and some other general component the pict is two matching 2SA733 Ic->Hfe curve |

will you make the board layout and the programming file available so that we can build a curve tracer too ? What does the collector/drain supply look like ?

I use 3 Channel DAC to driver 3 x TDA2030 as B/C/E Channel Power Supply.
When Channel_C is output 38V,Channel_E is 2V,so VCE is +36V. When Channel_C is output 2V,Channel_E is 38V,so VCE is -36V. So we can test P or N type BJT/MOS/J-FET..... And only use single 40V power supply. The circuit and PCB file as upper link. But it is Chinese. and i don't know to translate to English. |
