Default Help! Morphin effect

Hi! Im looking for some help on creating a voice effect for a song im making. I don’t really know how to describe the morphing of the voice, so ill give you some examples of songs that have the effect. The one with nothing but this effect is daft punks “Harder,Better,Faster,Stronger”. I would really like to know how to create this voice effect, with cool edit pro 2. Im not sure if the effect is different in between these 2 songs, but I would love to learn how to create both of them in this case. The other song is “If You Had My Love (Dark Child Remix) – Jennifer Lopez! Although, it is only for a few seconds at the end of the verses. Thanks For all your help guys!!!

You mean pitch bender?
It would be easier if you could attach short pieces of these songs.

I don't listen to that daft punk albumfor some years, but they use a vocoder for that, defo!
Just choose the right carrier (sound - piano, bass, orchestra, song, you name it) for the speech and the amount of superimposition on the carrier and it may go from almost unaltered speech to imcompreensible
There was a free DOS vocoder program, but i don't have it anymore
Good luck

Edit: Here it is!
