Arrow industrial screws in wood

im using industrial screws to hold the top on my psu. thay fit and i used the right sized bit. what im asking is there anything i can put on the threads to help them turn out better?

any ideas?

What do you mean by turn out? Is that the same as removing? If so try waxing them. You can do this with an old candle. Wax it, screw it in, remove it and do it again. This way you will some wax inside the thread of the blind nut.
