I have a phillips CD recorder. Occassionally it turns off completely(power out) and returns to standby. When I pulled the AC cord from the back it make a dramatic capacitor discharge sound. Is the charge and discharge normal or should it be less than obvious?
Any suggestions for diagnosing power problem? |
