Cool Job Opening: Sr. Analog Design Engineers

Hi folks!

I own an HR consulting company, and I just received several urgent openings for, YEAH, an audio / video manufacturer. They have an urgent need for three senior-level analog design engineers to work in their R&D function. If you're a BSEE or better, have experience in product design in a consumer electronics environment, and love to tinker with the latest audio/video technologies, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Folks over at Audio Circle suggested I might find some engineers here who are passionate about Audio. If this is you, send me a PM, and we can have a conversation.

Here are some details I can share up-front:

The client is in a New England state and provides an excellent, paid relocation package to successful candidates.

At this time, the company is not able to sponsor H1-B visa, but candidates needing a TN visa could work. Of course, if you have perm residency in the US, no problem.

The client is extremely innovative, and the candidates hired for these openings (I have three openings) will be working in an R&D function working to develop new products to be mass marketed.

This is a medium sized company with manufacturing arm, not a small boutique design company. Excellent benefits and pro-engineering culture.

They are requiring at least a BSEE (MS or even better preferred) from a competitive school. This part is absolutely required.

They desire candidates who have a track record of performance as an electrical engineer, preferring candidates who come from high volume consumer electronics environments with patents or papers.

Pay is typically north of $100K base with an annual bonus as well.

They are expecting lots of analog circuit design experience, some digital experience would be desirable, with experience developing amplifiers, DACs, CD or DVD players, power supplies, or even RF work desirable. Passion for audio and video is a huge plus.

The same client is also seeking two managers to start product development groups (will manage up to 8 to-be-recruited engineers). These managers must have management experience in a high volume consumer electronics company developing mass-marketable products. Audio / Video products experience with background in acoustics a large plus. BSEE or similar required. Must be able to go technically hands-on in design as well as recruit and manage a product design team with real deliverables. Pay on the manager openings is going to be in the $135-$150K+ range.

Thanks folks! Please forward this to anyone you think might be qualified for these amazing opportunities.

Thanks,

John G
