Default RIAA Comparisons

I got the very dusty Hafler DH-110 preamp off the basement floor and put it through its RIAA paces -- here's how it compares with my tube RIAA preamp (Jack), Koren's PAS3 mod, the Tritschler Passive RIAA (Trit) and simulated response for the Audio Research SP8.

What a wonderful button on the Boonton 1120 analyzer -- you hit "ratio" and "dB" and can make curves like this:

i like the tube RIAA which I built myself -- pride of ownership I guess -- the Hafler is certainly pretty acurate for a preamp which goes for around $35 to $100 on EBay.

Looks as Trit and Hafler use another type of low freq response.

Otherwise is most everything within +- 0.1-0.2 dB.
This is probably not possible to hear.

If you would use 1dB scale, your curves would be almost totally flat.
