Group Shot
It is no joke. It is an image utility from microsoft.

Microsoft Research Group Shot
Group Shot creates a composite image from a series of photos. The photos must be of the same scene, taken from the same point of view within a short period of time. The application uses regions that you indicate to build a composite image automatically.

The whole group? That should have made the papers.

Must have been a Mac man.

When you buy a Canon digital, that's in the software. Nice feature, used a lot in real estate for the vitual tours.

Being a mac user, I read it as a 'headline' the first time Their marketing department must have been on vacation and let the engineers come up with a name for that app!

It's just funny to see this because I'm a Linux user and a lot of headlines on TechSpot are about M$ problems(Not just security ones).
