It's liscensed by PWB. Which I suppose is Peter Belt- a guy (and his wife) that have LOTS of foils, stickers pens, etc. to "improve" your audio. They also are the one promoting putting a photo (and CD's in the freezer.)

Those of you who've read my posts on Audio Asylum over the years know that I'm into tweaks.

Initially, I thought this was a parody... then I tried it. But I didn't use a clock. I used a scrap yard lifting electromagnet ~ 59,000# capacity. I could hear some difference immediately. I later replaced the stock copper laminations with 99.9999 OFC copper and the soundstage got wider as the magnet imploded the preamp. My wife heard the difference immediately!
