It's liscensed by PWB. Which I suppose is Peter Belt- a guy (and his wife) that have LOTS of foils, stickers pens, etc. to "improve" your audio. They also are the one promoting putting a photo (and CD's in the freezer.)

There was a similar clock a few years ago called the Tice Clock, promoted by Mr. Tice I believe. Google will have references

The Clever Little Clock does not plug into the wall
and has no direct influence on the audio signal
-- not on house wiring, audio components, cables, interconnects, power cords or acoustic waves.
Yet the Clock has a real and profound affect on the sound.
I guarantee It will improve your sound just as much as
changing from a good $30 cable to an esoteric $300 cable
or
changing a good electrolytic power supply cap
for an audiophile grade eletrolytic cap
or
changing a perfectly good ordinary resistor
for an audio label high-end resistor.

You hear what you want to hear.
As long as you believe in it - it will work.

Those of you who've read my posts on Audio Asylum over the years know that I'm into tweaks.
Initially, I thought this was a parody... then I tried it. But I didn't use a clock. I used a scrap yard lifting electromagnet ~ 59,000# capacity. I could hear some difference immediately. I later replaced the stock copper laminations with 99.9999 OFC copper and the soundstage got wider as the magnet imploded the preamp. My wife heard the difference immediately!

Here's the magnet in my listening room with the stereo components held below!

Heres an N45 magnet that will have a real impact if you put it on your cd player. Only $100!

Cripes,

No wonder the earth's magnetic field fluctuates, everytime chipco3434 and Tweeker use their stereos.....

Yeah improve the sound you might, but what about my compass????
