Default Has anyone got a schematic for a 27Mhz Radio transmitter/reciever

Hello, this is my first thread.
Has anyone got a schematic for a 27Mhz Radio transmitter/reciever. It needs to fit these specifications:
  • 2 Channels.
  • Low power consumption.
  • Reciever, suitable for powering from a solar pannel.
  • Frequency determined by a quartz crystal.
I am intending to use this for making a solar powered car!
