Free FFT or spectrum anal. software?

Hey can anybody point me to some FFT or Spectral analysis software. I'd like to plug csv data from Excel into it and get the FFT.

I use octave -- it's a matrix based mathematical package

if you install the Analysis Tool Pak in Excel you'll find a Fourier Function.

I have used "analysis tools" before... when the hell did they add FFT???

No... no... I don't feel stupid...
