Any sources to buy or have made mid-range rings relatively cheap?
4 Bozak 6-1/2" midranges: 1/16" thick aluminum - 8" OD - 5 3/8" ID -- I can/will drill the mounting holes myself. I've called several machine shops in the area, but claim not to have a plasma-cutter. A couple of other shops wayyyy out in the boonies want to charge between $45 and $100 PER ring - outrageous! As a last and least desirable option, is there a bit that I can use on my router/circle jig that will cut through aluminum? I've Googled, but maybe I'm not searching on the right term. |

You might have better luck looking for milling rather than routing.
