Is welbornelabs sleeping on the job!

I put an order in last week with welbornelabs and i have heard nothing.I got a confirm e-mail on my order And that was it.I have e-mailed them many times sense then with no reply.

I am about to call my credit card and have the order cancelled.One of the items i need now that i had ordered!

They are about as slow as a darn dead snail!If i don't get a reply today i will not order from them anymore!


Has anyone had dealings with them?

I've ordered from them several times. While not fast, I've experienced worth from other vendors. My purchases seemed to arrive in 1-2 weeks. I don't think I've ever received a shipping confirmation.

I know they say email is the best method to reach them but try giving them call.

Ron was at the SoCal AudioPhile and Music expo here in
California this last weekend and is probably traveling
back. I'm sure he will contact you and send your items
out to you.. No Worries...

Problem is that i needed the order this week--but o well--wish i had known he was taking the week off.They never answer the phone there so i guess in the future i will only order stuff from someone i can talk to on the phone that day and they Guarantee it will ship that day or the next.

Well ron finally got back to me today only to tell me that he does not have in stock what i had ordered.

Geez.All this for nothing.O well, i cancelled and ordered from a larger vendor that does have the item in stock and shipped today.
