Pioneer SA-5500 II and sennheiser HD 280Pro

I have my vintage Pioneer SA-5500II I got from my grandpa that has an headphone jack on the front. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can hook up my sennheiser HD 280Pro to this without breaking either component? The HD 280pro are 64ohms which seems like a lot and not sure if the amp with allow this? I don't have a manual on the amp to look up.
Any info is much appreciated, Thanks.
