Anybody make a PS Audio Power Conditioner clone?

People on this site have been making Krells and MLs, so I though that somebody must have created a DeZorel or PS Audio or Equitech clone for Balanced AC / Line Conditioning etc.

I would ideally like to buy a kit or PCB design...

I started a thread on this, looks like its not that easy. Also, no one here has boards or parts. At least none that I have seen in the last 5 years.
