eBay buffs

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a way of emailing the 'vendor' after the auction closes, where the goods went unsold (to ask if they will negotiate)?

(There doesn't appear to be)

Hi Rick,

The 'Ask Seller a Question' link remains at the top right after bidding closes. Shouldn't that work, assuming the seller still checks for mail?

Ebay does what it can to stop private sales being as they dont get a cut, but you may find a link to a store or real email address somewhere.

Works perfectly. They usually check mail: it's in their best interest to keep an eye on their inbox.
