Looking for examples of provisional patents that resulted in good final patents. Good and bad examples would help get a better idea of what's required.
I'm fully aware of the patent search engines and have looked at many, however these don't include provisional patents. Pete B. |

i would expect that a patent claiming priority from a provisional should have the referenced provisional in the complete folder, but ask a practioner - many legal/inventors web sites out there
a provisional must be "enabling" -so everything you have (ie. preferred embodiment drawing) should go into it to be able to claim priority in the subsequent patent application |
