Hello,
My name is José María and this is my first post here. I'm spanish, so please sorry my english. I'm interested in multiamplification. Specially using the computer as a digital filter : kxproject in windows (IIR filters) and bruteFIR (FIR filters) under linux. I think it would be easy for people to have an "all in one packet" solution to construct a HTPC for multiamplification. GeeXbox is an excellent project for multimedia reproduction. It's a bootable CD with linux+mplayer inside. I have asked the developers to put BruteFIR inside GeeXbox. http://www.geexbox.org http://www.ludd.luth.se/~torger/brutefir.html I'm almost sure that GeeXbox people are not diyers, so they don't know about multiamplification. I think is very important that GeeXbox people see much interest in the comunity to support one request. So if you think this is an interesting request (as I think) [B]you should support my request.[/B This request have been made here: http://www.geexbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3968 GeeXbox->Forum->Suggestions->Topic:"GeeXbox for high quality audio". Best regards from spain to all of you, José María |
