Default New (?) audiophile LP material ~ Quiex

Anyone heard LPs made from Quiex?

Mentioned very favourably in the current Absolute Sound.

I'm ordering some soon, though it will be a while before I can report back.

Quiex II was big in the 80's. The only LP I have is the later Classic
Records Quiex SV-P Led Zep. II, and it's great! Don't ask me what the difference is. Someone on the Vinyl Asylum might know.

I've got tons of Quiex-II records from the 80's and I can't tell you that it makes all that much of a difference.
