Default Can someone indentify these resistors?

I got some surpluss resistors. Can someone tell from their look which brand they are.
It says:
PACIFIC
1R 1%
5A

One thing is for shure... There are wire-wound (meaning that they are inductive)

In many circuits you don't want inductive resistors (like in audio amplifiers), however I have used many wire-wound power resistors in my output sections and still do
