it is quite easy to make your own, just copy the component footprint out of one of the other libaries and paste it in your own
draw a symbol for it, and name all the pins on it
put the device together by connecting the pins to the right ones and your done

the only annoying thing is when you dont have the component footprint and you have to make your own, but most things come in dip, soic, ssop, to220, etc. that you dont have to muck around with making your own there

ohh and if your device comes in a standard pinout, like most opamps then just find a different device with the same pinout as the one you want (and rename it if you need to)
