NO.

This sort of thing has been done many, many times. Few are believed, all are ridiculed. The one who suffers the least ridicule, who has the largest public presence, gets the fame. Maybe it will be Troy.

I gotta drive up and see him. He needs the Zero Jitter clock I put together about 7 years ago. Now.....what can we do with that combination?

Let your imagination wander. I was supposed to be put into contact with the crew who was building the FTL comm system (one of 7 efforts across the globe) in the NRC labs in Ottawa, I was to lazy/busy too pursue/push it. Perhaps I should....

Reminds me of the guy in southeast asia (india? indonesia? ) driving around with a sign on the side of his car, proclaiming that it runs on only water. I saw one report on him on the internet and that was the last I ever heard of it.

Wonder what happens to these types of guys...

I don't know about it necessarily being false.

Sounds like some sort of an Xray gun, or MRI gun, or....well....something.

There are both electromagnetic and sound waves which pass through certain materials.

I'm willing to take it at face value, for now.

This guy was on the radio last night. Current version works to 70,000 feet. The french want a booster for it. To knock out satellites. They said to name his price, and didn't flinch at $50M USD.
