You might want to check FuzzMeasure out.
It took me a while (started in June), but the first public version is finally done. It's the first-ever MLS measurement package on OSX.
I had some forum members beta testing for me, and they can probably tell you more about how useful it is. If you visit the site, you can check out the 'user stories' area to see how I used it to tweak a DIY project (even if you don't have a Mac, it's fun to read).
