I am working on a project to build a system that responds to an audio input by displaying a lighting pattern (LEDs).
I am having some trouble finding the best solution for "selecting" out certain frequencies for analysis. The idea is to pull out several frequencies, say six, and use those to determine what the lights will do. The system is nearly done except this filtering segment. Any ideas on how to accomplish? I can build a multiplicity of bandpass filters if necessary but havent found that to be thrilling just yet. Thanks, Nathan |

How about using a Touch Tone Decoder Chip, like an "LM567C"
Take care.........Gary |
