Audio Amateur CD-ROM 1970 - 1979 is out

I have all the hard-copies, but I ordered the CD-ROM for $39 from www.audioxpress.com -- it's a PDF document, about 1700+ pages -- this is a great resource, particularly if you haven't been fortunate enough to have the space for all thes hifi and construction magazines. Its a 500 Megabyte document (I would have preferred an E-Book format, or breaking the years apart), so make sure your machine has plenty of capacity. Great if you want to look up old articles on variable tube crossovers, etc.

Do they have pre 1970 as well on CD?

The magazine started in 1970.

This is a good deal! Many of the articles referring to ABX testing are in the later issues in the 70's. Still others are in the '80's, however, and it will be good for another CD comes out in future with the later issues.
