hey everyone. i finally got around to doing a little cleanup of my site. it looked pretty awful before.
let me know what you think. there is just a small amount there now, im still working on it. i hope all the links work at least. i will clean up the actual project pages later and make them easier to read. but for now, im still working on the projects, so i will just edit them as i go. http://www.cowanrg.mesanetworks.net/projects/ |

yeah, i made them from a solid block of aluminum and a chisel. took a few hours
nah, they were done by a local guy who has a CNC machine in his garage. they designs were hand-drawn and dimensioned out to the best of out abilities. we just guessed on a lot of things. the rest of the cases were made by hand (minus the vents and some of the holes on the back plate), but im still not sure if i want to use them. the faceplates are so precise and perfect, any little tiny flaw in the rest of the case shows through. i might start from scratch and redo the cases entirely (except for faceplates though). i want it to look like a commercial offering. i dont want to finish them and have them be 90% perfect. |
