Post Star Wars DVDs/VCDs

Anyone have one of those Star Wars Trilogy DVD (apparently bootleged) sets, or how about the VCDs? What do you think of them? Is yours widescreen or pan and scan? what's the audio encoded in? is it the original or special edition? etc etc etc

Why do you even bother to ast such a question on this forum? Try and find a movie forum or something. Even if there are people on this forum that might have a copy or so, this isn't the right place to discuss it. At least in my oppinion.

In this forum we try to learn about building stuff, not stealing stuff.

My pennies... Good luck somewhere else.

well, I figured the "Everything Else" would be an appropriate place to ask my question, but whatever.

either way I found out that the DVD's are pretty much all bootlegs, (i thought they might be imports or something) but the VCDs are legit, and that's what I want to learn about. (i don't want to steal anything) so far i've only learned about pan & scan versions of the VCDs, mostly just wondering if there was a widescreen version at all, or if there were possibly original edition versions.

Sorry for posting out of context to the forum, maybe they should give you a job as a moderator or something.

Well,

Sorry if I misunderstood you. Since there are only one of the episodes that has been released on DVD this far (Episode 1), all other releases are bootleg. And in my narrow little world, the word VCD is usually synonym with illegal. I probably was a littly fast in my judgement.

I'm sorry if I offended you.
