New "Fake Components Forum"

I suggest that we add a new Fake Components forum.

The number of fake components seems to be increasing . Most seem to come from the Eastern Region. Some are locally done.

We could post pictures , ways to identify them and possibly test reports and also how to test them. Some information is already spread around various forums. I think we should compile them all into one forum.

With premium components costing quite a bit it makes it worthwhile for cheats to enter the market . It not only ruins the users happiness but also ruins the 'premium components reputation'.

Anyone for this ?

We still didn't get to creating Mechanical forum, so I don't think fake components forum has much chance to be seen

But a permanent thread, dealing with fake components issues seems like a good idea.

Seems like a good idea to me, probably as a sticky in Electronics and Parts.

Still think thats a good idea. The fake one is too niche to really have a big enough impact. But as stated before, alot of us spend half the project cost (or more) on the looks, so thats a needed forum.
