is there any liquid out there that drys hard. and will not short out electronics when dry.

i just wana try something

What do you want this liquid to do?

Try searching your favourite component supplier for 'lacquer' or 'conformal coating'.

If you want it to be permenent why not just use potting compund, after all that is what it is designed for right?
