Default Help on building mosfet amp.

Hello everybody, im new here and im building the amplifier in the circuit diagram below. Is anyone familiar with this schematics, and could give me any advice?? One other thing, i read the threads on matching bipolar and mosfet devices, but it didnt help me too much. Can anyone give me some help on this subject?
