Perhaps it would cost more than the rest of the project, but ITT/Cannon makes a myriad of connectors that do what your looking for and are much more elegant than dual XLR:

Not as convenient, but electrically fine, would be the use of cheap and easy to source terminal strips.

Some colored heat shrink, a bunch of spade connectors, and some braided teck-flex would make a nice interconnect cable.

A little more convenient would be to just use a row of color-coded 5 way binding posts.

Unless its phantom power for a microphone or intercom, I’ve never been a fan of using XLR-3 for power connections. (has a lot to do with seeing someone start a nice little fire…)

If I were in Hamilton, I think I would make semi regular trips to Toronto just to troll the surplus shops. They seem to be a great place to find large multi-pin connectors.

one. ill save the guts from this amp for somthing bigger that has room for the transformer
