Attached PNG shows three protocols to dim the power supplies: 1 - 10 Volts DC, 10K - 100K resistance, and PWM pulse train.

Is there a pre-packaged solution, possibly using an existing smartphone app as controller and smartphone's Bluetooth transceiver as the hardware interface, to control multiple of these power supplies? The pre-packaged solution would involve only the hardware that attaches to the LED power supply. The smartphone provides the Bluetooth software and the RF link layer.

I want to provide the LED power supply, so Philips' solution of having the Bluetooth transceiver integrated into each LED bulb won't work. The three control protocols shown here are the most common, although there are two more: DALI, and old-fashioned TRIAD-based dimmer going into a specially designed LED power supply that can deal with the chopped AC waveform.
