Regrets, he's had so few.
In fact he thinks too small to mention.
He did what we thought he'd do
And plowed right through without redemption.

But more, much more than this,
He did it …. Mike K.

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
When he bit off more than he could chew.
But through it all, Mike had no doubt,
He ate us up and spit us out.
Disgraced by all. He still won't fall.
He knows it, Mike K.

I've read, I've laughed and cried.
I've had my thrills; my share of losing.
And now, as laughs subside,
Still find it damned amusing.

To think he said all that;
And may I say - not in a shy way,

You'll still be here when I get out of the sin bin won't you?

my favorite is the claim that the soft start circuit in LM317 datasheets is incorrectly implemented.

one of my college professors had a giant office (a good 6 meters x 4 meters flat surface), with piles after piles of paper on top of it.

Yet he was able to remember exactly where everthing was.

Twisted my arm enough. Presenting -- Boris Bezier's Horizontal/Vertical Organizational Principle!
Not specifically funny (although useful and quite correct), though it does have a messy prof. story.

I find some of Fred's posts pretty funny, especially those where he tries to complain about exploiting forum for commercial purposes:

http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showt...053#post358053

This became so hopeless and boring, that it's really hard to take it seriously. One is really tempted to say: Get a life man
