Default Buying computer components

Where can I find a good deal for the Athlon 64 FX-51? Here in Canada most places ask over $1000 CAD. tigerdirect.ca has it listed for only $750 CAD, but it's sold out. I've seen it online from US retailers for $600 USD, but I've no idea what kind of duty I would pay for importing it...

Is there a lot of diiference between the 64 3200+ and the FX51 ?

The difference is in memory bandwidth.
It looks like the FX-53 coming to retail soon, so I'll wait for that, as the FX-51 price may drop.
