How to draw a border with Eagle?

Aahh found it ...just use a trace and connect it to layer20..

Lemme try the 4 lines thing..

You could even add a frame with a ULP that comes with Eagle. Creates copper surroundings at the board corners. Nice for aligning the printed layout to the board before UV exposure, especially with two layers.

All other usual possibilities are described in the documentation, btw.
