Default schmatics

do u know a good schematic planning programs (!free!)?
do u know one that has circuit testing of some kind?
if it has no testing its still good. but testing is allways useful.

thanks

Windows Paintbrush. I drew up a library of components, then paste them in, draw lines, add text and you're done.

For something other than drawing, you might try um Circuit Maker Student Edition?

Default I think this is it..

Here's sch3mat1c's collection.. It's already public so I hope it's ok if I post the link (Tim?) http://webpages.charter.net/dawill/t..._Circuits.html

Fine with me... it's practically in my sig anyway

That doesn't have the complete collection of symbols however -- you can break them down from those schematics but if you e-mailed me I'd ZIP the directories and send it out. Can't be too much (<100k) since they're all small bitmap images.

Some things I just draw on the spot rather than Paste From.. the little circle terminals for instance (like, +V output on a power supply)
