Default Single supply active filter

Does anyone have a schematic for a single supply(12v) 2 way active filter. I want to use an active filter in mycar and i only have 12v. Does anyone know how to feed a dual opamp(tl072, ne5532)
with 12v because i heard it's possible?
Please help me!
