Does anyone know where I can download test-tones, frequencies and all those things you find on a system setup/calibration disc?

Default Digital test signals

You can find some test signals on this link to RME-AUDIO. Look towards the bottom of the page. Some of these may be compatible with the number of bits your sound card can handle.

There are also Cd's available from various sources that have test signals.
