I'm currently working on a school project for a 200W amplifier using Pspice as a computer simulation program. I'm having a difficult time finding model parameters for the BJT's 2SD669 and 2SD649. Also the MOSFETS that most people use the Hitachi 2SK1058 and 2SJ162 model parameters seem to be even more elusive. So my question is does anyone know these model parameters or are there replacements inside of Pspice that would work just fine for simulation? Is there another program out there that I could use that has a trial version or something that would alow me to simulate my amplifier circuit.
Thanks for any info you might have. |
