Hello, I'm looking for any infos about chemical substance which is hard/solid,smooth surface and capable to release heat. I want to use it to protect/encapsulate my electronic circuits. Someone suggested me to use Resin. Is it suitable for electronic circuits ? Thanks.

Do a web search using "potting resin" as the key word.
