Installing a sound system in a tanning salon

Can someone recommend the most economical way to build out a sound system in a 27 room tanning salon with the following parameters:

(1) Each room would have a 4 position switch to select from 4 different radio stations or input sources.

(2) Each room would have a volume control.

Currently all rooms have been wired "home run" with 8 wires. I was told this gives you the most flexibility.

Hmmm maybe you should get some custon designs made for you that emit UV radiation when cranked up!
