Where to get 12-pair cable in Vancouver?

Some people have used 12-pair phone cable for speaker cable, but I've been unable to find 12-pair cable in Vancouver, BC, and buying online means I pay almost twice due to shipping charges (plus I didn't find anyone that ships to Canada). So, where can I get it?

12 pair is standard indoor telephone distribution cable, and is cheap.
Electrical wholesalers (Yellow pages) should have it, or be able to tell you where.
