Hello,
I have a p870 toshiba laptop with headphones jack + integrated speakers.
I know I could connect my headphones directly to the headphones jack,
but I need to get the sound going to the integrated speakers instead.
So I disassembled my laptop and located the wires going to the speakers
and cut them to connect my headphones instead. It's working but there is a LOT
of noise. It's almost unlistenable. So I guess there is a problem with impedance
or something... what should I do to get rid of this noise and have a clean sound, please ?

Two things,

1/ The speaker feeds may need to see a relatively low value load resistance to work into, because that resistance or impedance could be vital to the output stages filter network. Its almost certain to be a Class D stage.

2/ Headphones are super sensitive compared to speakers so you might find that all you need is an attenuator (series resistor of say 220 ohms as good starting point)
