I just got a '74 pressing of "Queen - Queen II" in a GF cover. (EKS-75082)
A strange thing is, instead of opening from the right side, the cover opens from the top and, the record is also inserted at the top
This is the first time I have seen a cover like this. Anyone have any info on it?.

OK.. from what I have determined ..
It seems that" Elektra" evidently used this strange sleeve configuration for the initial" Queen II" release in US and Canada..
However not all of them evidently .
I got "Queen II" when first released in the US as they were one of my favorite bands (I saw Queen 5 times) but I have no memory of this unusual sleeve..
