Angry PS/2 port damaged

Hi to all!
I'm new on this very cool site!
I have connected my keyboard and mouse to ps/2 port and this don't function.
Before the mouse and the keyboard run correctly!

Can I have damaged the ps/2 port (a protection resistor maybe?)?
I had try to measure a resistor in front of ps/2 ports.
One indicate a few ohms and other similar indicate no ohms, with a max measurable value of 20megaohms.
Can a resistor have this impedance value?
If yes, exist on commerce a PCI board with ps/2 ports?

Thank you, so much!
Oscar from Italy
See you later

Lightbulb Problem solved!

Hi!
I have solved the problem bypassing the fuse protection (that is broken).

Do you will think that it's a unsafe operation.
Now my keyboard and mouse work in evry good conditions, but if there is a replace for fuse....

Hi!
See you later
