Video on twisted pair

Hi everyone,

I just built again one old pc with an ATI all-in-wonder Radeon video adapter card.

I would want to feed the video and 2-ch audio trough one cat7 shielded twisted pair cable about 30 meters long so I could use my living room 32" tv set and VCR with some internet-oriented divX movies. I do not like the humming sound and disc noise from the pc in my movie-theatre, so how can I transform videosignal and audio signals into balanced 100 ohm lines? Any circuit drawings for an enthusiast?
