OSEN.... my idea

i have an idea that i think many people could beneift from...
i may start developing it soon...
it'd be an opensource electronics network essentially...
its a website similar to sf.net, that uses a trove software map, this would ahve a similar thing, except for electronics
it'd have user interface for new projects etc... just like sf.net, thats what i invision this to be... except for electronics, providing schematics, contact information for the project creator if he/she wishes so [site not related in buying at all, too much risk], pictures, etc... most users dont have webdesign skills, so they coudl simply go on, create a new user and project, then post pictures and steps ... makes it easy for non-computer saavy people ... peace it could also double as a picture host for this forum possibly

I like the idea, but I sure hope that the page you're planning on making is a lil better looking than your homepage

me too ... and it will be, that page took me about 10 seconds to type up with my thrifty UltraEdit (Just like notepad , it just includes tag matching and highlighting), i didnt want people just to see my webdir on my freebsd server

and i never did really say anything about what i want, i just want feedback, ideas, comments, etc... i'm going to have a links portion and DIYAudio.com will be on there for sure
