My band director pointed out the superiority of Altec lansing Voice of the Theater in Long Point Cinema, Houston in 1966. In 45 years I've never heard anything close, except for real instruments in a real hall. I've never lived in a city with a store that demonstrated them, nor have never been able to afford any but the most disassembled junk in the shopper papers or electronic markets. I now own some American made copies with updated technology drivers, which are close enough I hope.
