TV

I'm putting the final touches on my media room and the last thing I need to throw in there is the TV. A 60" is the biggest I can go. I'm going between an led with a 240HZ refresh rate (no particular brand) or a plasma. The room does not have alot of natural light so i would think the plasma is the better choice, but I do like the vivid display of the led.
What y'all think, pros and cons for both?

I would pick an LCD/LED television instead any Plasma TV.
Today the time response in LCD/LED TVs are way faster than before and also they use less power and are more reliable than plasmas TVs.

PS: I work fixing TVs!!!

I would not go with a Plasma set. The power consumption and resulting heat are far more than an LCD or LED TV. Plasma is old technology. I've seen some LED sets which produce stunning pictures and very high brightness.
