Default Eq'ing tracks with nero waveditor

I'm adding some bass to tracks, around 3-6db. It sounds fine when i am in the processing of doing it, but once i save it, its sounds different. The new bass level is ok but the snare drum hits have lost the level/impact??

Hi, 2 things i'd point out.

1 - With in SPL increase, have you clipped the audio ?

2 - Because of the extra bass, the overall tonal balance has changed.

Before EQ, i reduced the volume by -6dB to allow for the EQ.
The tonal balance is ok in the preview mode (with EQ), but once the file is saved then it changes.

Good questions asked by Zero D. The above statement suggests a bug in the software; the preview should be just that, otherwise it's not very useful.
