will a Yaqin CD2 tube buffer lower the treble on my speakers. and will it work on yaqin 2100 and marantz 6003 cd player and witch are the best valves 2 get for my amp yaqin 2100. the cd buffer has Mullard CV4010 in them are they any good. i really need valves what will take away the high end of the speakers regards youngie
